Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt (within 24 hours)and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to addresses entered incorrectly.

Returns/Exchanges

Any discrepancies must be reported within 48hrs of receipt along with proof of purchase. We will gladly replace goods that are damaged in transit after you file your insurance claim with USPS. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
