ALL SALES ARE FINAL AS SUPPLIES ARE LIMITED

 

Orders will be shipped out within 48 business hours, processing time should  not be confused with shipping times.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Once an order has been fulfilled and accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are managed by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a complete and accurate shipping address
  • Monitoring tracking information provided via email
  • Being available for delivery when required
  • Picking up held packages within the carrier’s stated timeframe

Undeliverable / Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to:

  • failed delivery attempts,
  • unclaimed pickup,
  • inaccessible address,
  • refusal of delivery,
  • incorrect/incomplete address,

the customer may request:

  • Reshipment (additional shipping charges apply), or
  • Store credit for products only (excluding shipping) once the package is physically returned and received by SRC.

Lost or Missing Packages
If a package is marked lost, undeliverable, or cannot be located by the carrier, customers may be required to work directly with the carrier to initiate a Missing Mail Search or shipping claim where applicable.

SRC is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments after carrier acceptance, or packages that cannot be recovered by the carrier.
